What is Rugby?

Rugby is a contact sport generally played on a team with 15 players. The game is played with an oval ball on a rectangular field with the goal of scoring by moving the ball to the opposite end. The most fundamental rule of Rugby is that while you can run forward with the ball, you can only pass backward. This makes for an exciting game as each team fights to maintain possession of the ball while moving up the field.
